When you request a tour, submit our Phase 1 application questionnaire, or fill out one of our Facebook or Instagram forms, we collect the details you provide. That includes your name, phone number, email address, business information, and your answers to the questions on the form. The Phase 1 questionnaire does not collect ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial account information.
When you complete a full application, you submit it through our secure tenant portal, powered by Buildium, not through this website. Credit and background checks are run by TransUnion only with your authorization. Buildium's and TransUnion's own privacy terms apply to that step.
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, review your application, schedule tours, and discuss office space at 135 Main Street. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We share your information only with our property management team for the purpose of responding to you, or when required by law.
